Who am I?
Hi, I’m Lewis.
I've been an osteopath for over a decade, working in clinics all over London, Italy, and France.
But honestly, the real reason I started all this comes from my own football journey.
See, when I was a young player, I was constantly battling dodgy ankles.
Back then, there was just nothing like the proper help I provide now.
Eventually, a nasty knee injury needed surgery, and that benched me from the game I absolutely loved for ages.
It was only after years of studying and putting what I know now into practice that I actually managed to rehab myself back onto the pitch.
That whole experience fuels everything I do. I truly believe every young player deserves the chance to play safely and reach their full potential, without going through the same setbacks I did.
That's exactly why I've made these programmes as affordable and easy to get hold of as possible.
My purpose is simple: to help every kid, no matter their level, get back into football stronger, recover faster, and totally upgrade their performance so they can really thrive in the game they love and go as far as they possibly can.
